represented in a real estate transaction. The state also requires real estate
companies to make those buyers fully aware of the companies' policies regarding
buyer agency, and how an agent working for a specific company will be able
to represent you as you purchase your new home.
Lake Realty Ohio's Buyer Information Checklist serves several purposes: it tells you, the buyer, what we will do to represent your interests in your home purchase; and it gives us some very basic information about what kind of home you prefer, where you think you'd like to live, etc.
The Buyer Information Checklist is an important document, insuring that every
prospective home buyer is treated fairly, equally and within the parameters
